BSA Road/Super Rocket 1959

The BSA Road Rocket was a high performance version of the standard A10, Launched in 1955. An alloy cylinder head, stronger crankshaft and different carburetor boosted the power to 40Hp. In 1957 the Super Rocket was launched, boosting performance further to 43Hp.

This restoration object is a 1955 Road Rocket model with the Ariel full-width hubs, without documents. The DA10R engine is from a Super Rocket from 1959-1960 and is not seized, magneto / dynamo and correct engine plates are present. Included in this lot is another A10 rolling chassis in good condition with French documents, tank is straight and rust-free inside. The frame number here shows to be from a 1959 A10 or Super Rocket.
